Registered participants can modify their registration entry here.
The registration fee is EUR 50.-, which should be paid only after
having been accepted to the symposium.
Meals (lunch and dinner)
are optional (additional fee of EUR 52.-). Payment is possible either by credit card or
bank transfer.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement of the registration fee and
the costs of travel and accommodation.
We would like to encourage all participants to present a poster, regardless of
their field of research. Prizes will be awarded to the best three
posters!
The space available for each posters is 1m x 1m. Submitted abstracts
should not exceed one DIN A4 page.
You can
submit and edit your abstract also after registration. Deadline for
submission of abstracts is
October the 31st. The
organizing committee will select the posters that will be displayed at
the symposium.
Registration
includes abstract book, transportation to/from the ISG Hotel and meals (optional).
Registration does not include accommodation. We provide a
limited amount of hotel rooms at the nearby ISG Hotel (prices are: EUR
51.- per single room per night, double
rooms are EUR 72.-
per night).
