Registration Information ...

Registration to the conference includes a small fee (100DM for non students and 50DM for students) which will cover the meals at EMBL (lunch and dinner) and the transport from Heidelberg to the conference venue and vice versa.

Payments can be made either by cheque or credit card.
Cheques are made payable to EMBL Heidelberg and addressed to the attention of

Credit card numbers (VISA, Master Card or Eurocard) with the date of expiry can be sent by fax (fax-number: +49 6221 387 158) or by (snail-)mail to the above address or by e-mail  (please keep in mind that e-mail is not a safe way for transmitting confidential information!) to Predoc-Symposium@embl-heidelberg.de .

Please understand that we cannot cover nor organize your accomodation. However, here  you can find some useful links to Hotels and Youth Hostels in Heidelberg and in the vicinity of EMBL. If you need help with finding a place to stay, please feel free to contact us.
